About the role
Torque & Tension Tooling Outside Sales Representative
MUST LIVE NEAR MIDLAND, TEXAS)
This is a hybrid remote position.
What you"ll do
- Develop the Midland territory and demonstrate execution by meeting sales targets
- Perform product demonstrations, deliveries, and regular customer follow up visits
- Meet sales goals through collaboration with leadership and regular forecasting of opportunities
- Utilize a consultative approach with customers, and work to drive customer satisfaction
- Serve as key contact to customers
- Cold call potential clients and set in person meetings in hard to penetrate customer sites
- Drive appropriate product utilization and make recommendations accordingly
- Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business
- Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue
- Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of all MaxxForce products and services
- Fully utilize the company CRM and leverage it to grow a robust pipeline
