About This Role
The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and responding to inquiries
- Maintain employment records and data within our HCM system
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in HR or administrative support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact clearly with employees at all levels
