Cybersecurity Analyst
Maxxis International USA has a new position in our growing Information Systems team. The Cybersecurity Analyst will report to our corporate office in Suwanee, GA and assist with auditing current systems, identifying potential issues, and designing/implementing policies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement dynamic security systems for organizational IT systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and breach testing
- Document incident reports and draft disaster recovery plans
- Provide security awareness training to employees within the organization
- Ensure compliance with up-to-date industry standards and regulations
- Manage various security tools that include, but are not limited to, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems
Key Competencies:
- A proactive approach to finding solutions and working through problems
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and compliance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an IT related field from an accredited institution
- 4 years of experience in cyber security or a directly related field
- Zscaler experience preferred
- Cisco/Meraki experience preferred
- Additional cyber security certifications preferred
