Outside construction sales for our SE region are calling mainly on commercial and hotel General contractors, Flooring Contractors and Renovation General Contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement, Foster Relationships
- Contacting: communication with General Contractor and Leads on projects to be bid
- Bidding projects
- Meeting with Contractor/Developers/Flooring Contractors
- Pricing job, Submitting Proposal, follow up and selling job
- Working /assisting production Team once sold to ensure proper handoff
- Attending Pre con meetings
- Experience in construction related sales, and ability to read blueprints helpful
- Market Development – Identify Key Owner Targets and create a strategic sales plan to grow Structis Commercial business
- Work with Manufacturers reps to make sales calls and specification Assistance
- 5 years of construction experience a must.
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and ability to present themselves professionally.
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
- Math and computer skills
- Customer service attributes.
