What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students build life and social skills.
- Support classroom routines, behavior management, and academic activities.
- Implement behavior plans created by specialists to encourage positive outcomes.
- Collect data to track student progress and collaborate with teachers and therapists.
- Receive ongoing training in ABA techniques, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
- Bachelor's degree required (or 1 years working in direct care in May Center School)
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be patient, proactive, and engaged in a dynamic classroom setting.
