- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or 1 years working in direct care at May Institute is mandatory. The degree being in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. It lays a strong foundation for understanding and supporting individuals with developmental challenges.
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable. Your hands-on experience adds depth to our team's expertise .
