Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, medication management, and transportation.
- Cultivate a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that fosters independence, dignity, and respect.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote skill growth and address behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Prior supervisory experience in human services.
- MAP certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
