As an APC in our Holbrook, MA children and adolescent group home location, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals ages 3 to 21 with Autism and developmental disabilities in a shared living setting to help them achieve their goals and dreams. With compassion, creativity, and a commitment to personalized care, you will engage in activities that promote skill-building and enhance overall quality of life.

  • Quality Assurance : Step in as a reliable leader, ensuring the program runs smoothly in the Program Manager's absence by coordinating daily activities and programs for all residents.
  • Personalized Care : Craft and provide tailored therapeutic programs that foster independence and promote community inclusion.
  • Resident Empowerment : Assess residents' abilities and create individualized treatment plans that enhance their personal skills and growth.
  • Goal-Oriented Support : Develop and implement meaningful annual goals for each resident, helping them reach new milestones.
  • Daily Support : Assist residents in maintaining a clean and organized living environment, ensuring they have the tools they need for success.
  • Collaboration : Partner with the Program Coordinator to manage residents' medical and healthcare appointments, ensuring timely and effective care.

  • Experience : Bring at least 1 year of experience in human services or a related field.
  • Leadership : Showcase your prior supervisory experience and leadership skills in a caregiving or therapeutic setting.
  • Reliable Driver : Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record-ready to transport residents safely when needed!
