May Institute seeks a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in individuals
  • Serve as a mentor and trainer for behavior technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care
  • Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive support plans

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Possession of certification in ABA is preferred
