Responsibilities
Billing : Preparing monthly billing for state contracts and submitting them in the Enterprise Invoice Management (EIM) system.
Record Keeping : Maintaining detailed schedules of contracts and other relevant information.
Revenue Recording : Preparing monthly summaries of state contract billing and retroactive billing.
Reconciliation : Ensuring all aspects of revenue recognition and billing are reconciled.
Support : Assisting the FP&A team with annual audits and the Uniform Financial Statement (UFR).
Skills
Intermediate Excel skills.
