As a Program Coordinator (PC) in our Sandwich, MA program, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Extend a helping hand to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, meal prep, medication, and transportation.

What We're Looking For

• Education or Experience: A bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience.
• Cruising Credentials: A valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Management: Prior supervisory experience in human services.
