What You’ll Learn
- Process Evaluation & Optimization – Support multiple small-scale projects aimed at improving everyday workflows and operations.
- Real-World Application of Analytical Skills – Review and evaluate tools and items such as household products, AEDs, and security-related materials.
- Project-Based Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams and independently to dig into the “why” behind procedures and systems.
- Data-Driven Decision Support – Learn to collect, interpret, and apply data to help guide organizational decisions.
- Foundations of Quality Improvement – Gain insight into practical applications of QI principles in a professional setting.
- $17.50/hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm).
- Opportunity for 1 remote day per week following a satisfactory training phase.
- Direct mentorship and supervision from experienced QI professionals.
- Exposure to a unique blend of operational, safety, and behavioral health-focused projects.
- Professional development in documentation, analysis, and interdepartmental communication.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in social work, psychology, legal studies, math, clinical fields, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working independently.
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm).
