Get ready to take center stage as a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist with our multi-disciplinary team in our Randolph, MA ABA Center.The Speech Language Pathologist ensures that language services are provided on a consult basis in a progressive and thorough manner to meet the needs of the children ages 1-5 served in center based environment. This is a full-time position!
Get Ready to Transform : Your Role in Action :
- Provide a combination of direct and indirect services to children with a variety of communication goals in their Individualized Education Plans
- Work with individuals on the Autism spectrum, including those with significant challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with the Allied Health Team (Including SLPs, SLPA,s, OT's, and PT), educational teams, behavioral teams, family services, nursing, etc.
- Implement physical management procedures as needed, using Safety Care
- Conduct assessments, train direct service staff, and provide ongoing consultation to staff in regards to each student's speech and language needs
- Conduct applied research
