Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Person to assist with the upkeep of HOA-managed properties. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of community spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance and a strong commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Handle landscaping tasks such as minor tree trimming, power washing, and debris removal.
- Assist in maintaining and repairing community facilities, including pools, clubhouses, and playgrounds.
- Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or urgent maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with HOA board members, residents, and vendors as needed.
