What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck and Trailer Fleet Technician position at May Trucking Company?
May Trucking Company has immediate openings for Entry Level up to Experienced Truck and Trailer Technicians to work at our Layton, UT facility. Our tractor fleet consists of the latest Freightliner Cascadia’s equipped with new and future technology running on Detroit powertrains. Our trailer fleet is made of industry leading Utility reefer trailers with Carrier refrigeration units.
Qualified candidate will:
- Have a willingness to learn or have experience performing Class 8 truck and trailer repairs and maintenance.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be capable to maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Have a mechanical aptitude.
- Carrier reefer experience a plus.
- On the job training using factory approved modules.
- Loaner tools available to Entry Level Technicians
Compensation-$17.00-$26.00/hr DOE
