Position Overview
The Esthetician Instructor will be responsible for educating and inspiring the next generation of skincare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of skincare practices and techniques and be dedicated to fostering student success. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, guiding students through hands-on training, and preparing them for careers in the esthetics industry.
Requirements : Responsibilities
- Provide instruction in esthetics, including facials, skin analysis, hair removal, and makeup application
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet industry standards and licensing requirements
- Provide students with practical experience through demonstrations and hands-on activities
- Offer feedback and mentorship to students
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe learning environment
