What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom/Sales Assistant (Women's Apparel) position at MAYA BROOKE?
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Assistant to serve as the right hand to the President of Sales in our Women's Dress Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to, sales orders, buy sheets, selling reports/recaps, inventory /ats.
- Engage in buyer interactions and follow up with buying teams.
- Prepare e-commerce copy for websites, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Maintain extreme attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Help to maintain the showroom and assist with market appointments with the buyers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the garment center, specifically in a sales support role. (Dress experience is not necessary. Your experience can be other classifications such as Mens, Womens, Childrens, Sportswear, Accessories, etc)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must requirement for this role.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
