Job Description
As a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) at Maya Home Care, you will oversee and develop our ABA therapy programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client while supervising a team of therapists to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address skill development and behavior challenges.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and NJ state regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive care environment.
- Stay updated on ABA best practices and emerging research in the field.
