Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in a variety of clinical settings.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics
- Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- National Board Certification require
- American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC)
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
- EMR/EHR experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, obtain medical histories, and assess patient health needs.
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies within the scope of practice.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Document patient information, diagnosis, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest medical practices, standards, and advancements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and professional development.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
