Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Quality Assurance to lead and elevate quality systems across internal manufacturing, distribution centers, and external operations in a high-growth food manufacturing environment. This executive leader will be responsible for developing and deploying world-class quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and transitioning from Quality Control (QC) to a proactive Quality Assurance (QA) model.

In this highly collaborative role, the VP will work cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure all products and processes meet or exceed regulatory and customer expectations. The position also oversees quality metrics, supplier quality, internal audits, and First Time Right performance, while leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in lean manufacturing, including plant transformation and change management
• 7 years in quality leadership roles
• Proven success in the food manufacturing industry
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean principles, and statistical analysis tools
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and implementing quality systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (Master’s preferred)
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
