Successful candidates will have experience in mechanical design and drafting, an understanding of mechanical fabrication processes, and a passion for shaping the future of quantum computing infrastructure.

ResponsibilitiesDesign of mechanical components used in quantum RF wiring systemsBOM generation and PDM management of complex assembliesEnsure drawings and designs comply with company standards and practicesAssist in creating and sustaining mechanical drawings and efficient 3D CAD modelsRequired QualificationsAssociates degree in CAD drafting, engineering or related field5 years of experience in a design drafting roleProficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, OnShape, Creo, NX, or similar)Exceptional understanding of metal fabrication techniques and processesAbility to collaborate with a small team of dedicated individuals to drive successful product releases and documentationDetail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and time managementUnafraid to adapt, perform, and grow in a fast paced and dynamic organization.Desired QualificationsWorking knowledge of the ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing standardBase salary
