What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Field Operations position at Maybridge Development?
Company Description
Maybridge Development is an up-and-coming construction firm specializing in government contracting with an emphasis on community redevelopment, historic preservation, and disaster response. We partner with cities, counties, and community-based organizations to deliver critical renovation, infrastructure, and cleanup projects that restore dignity, preserve cultural identity, and promote long-term public benefit.
As a small, women-owned business, we are rapidly positioning ourselves to dominate this side of the industry through strategic partnerships, exceptional craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to revitalizing underserved spaces. Our mission is clear: to build with purpose, serve with integrity, and leave a lasting impact on every community we touch.
Role Description
We are seeking a Director of Field Operations to join our growing leadership team. But this role goes beyond jobsite management — your key responsibility is helping build the company itself. You'll help shape internal systems, mentor future team members, and directly contribute to the growth strategy of a company that's on the rise. We need someone with a strong drive to win, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to helping us scale with integrity and impact.

- Provide mentorship, training, and accountability for field crews
- Represent Maybridge Development with professionalism, purpose, and presence

- Strong understanding of budgeting, compliance, and jobsite leadership
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company-wide goals
- Passion for community impact, historic preservation, and disaster response
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
