We are hiring an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Store Manager to join our Mayday Family to assist in overseeing our San Marco location! Operations:
- Assists in managing all day-to-day operations of their store
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of all goods
- Ensures a clean and safe working environment are maintained
- Communicate with General Manager frequently
- Maintains control of company assets and reports to company accountant when there is a cash control issue
- Maintains opening and closing check lists for store employees and maintains accountability
- Ensures customer experience is exceptional
Staff:
- Train and maintain Shift Leads and Scoop Crew members
- Supervise and guide team towards company/store goals and mission
- Attend bi-weekly regional meetings
- Attend all-team company meetings

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
