  Auto Express/Lube Technician experience is preferred however, we will consider training the right candidate who has  relative experience, including working in a fast paced environment, multi-task abilities, and some mechanical skills.

Express Lube Technician Duties:                                                                            

• Changing oil and oil filter plus topping off fluids as needed.
• Replacing cabin and engine filters as needed.
• Changing out batteries, windshield wipers, illumination
• Tire pressure testing and tire fixing where needed.
• Inspecting clients’ vehicles for oil maintenance needs.
• Preventing tire wear by lubricating wheel bearings.
• Preventing premature engine wear by applying lubricants to parts of vehicle engines.
• Ensuring even tire wear and performing tire rotations.
• Notifying our Service Advisors when there is a disruption to on-time completion for service.
  
• Cleaning engines.

Express Lube Technician Requirements:

• A thorough eye for detail - looking beyond the work order request.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Integral follow-through on all tasks.
• Work well with team members.
• Good energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  
• Mid-level mechanical knowledge desired.
• Proficiency in tire equipment a plus.
• Excellent and on time attendance, a must.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills. (Listening and Relaying).
• A good sense of humor!
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation.
