Administrative and Office Assistant at Commercial Construction Company

Duties include:

Data Entry, Document Control, Digital Plan Rooms and bid/plan clerk responsibilities, drafting and securing vendor Construction Documents , occasional field documentations (photos/signage/permit postings).

Filing, Digital File Management, Office Supplies, Coffee, Uniforms, other general office and personal assistant errands.

Assist with marketing, promotional events, and maintain company's social media presence.

Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, ProCore (Construction Software)

Must be comfortable and excel at telephone calls, emails and in-person communication as well.

Part time ok. Full time ok.

As an Administrative and Office Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing core skills such as computer literacy, organizational skills, and customer service to provide efficient administrative support. With relevant skills in Microsoft Office and data entry, you will assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting various office functions. Join our team to contribute to the smooth operation of our office and provide exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
