Qualifications:
- Clean Driving Record: A good driving record is essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail: We expect our delivery drivers to pay close attention to details, ensuring every order is accurate and delivered with care.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with phone applications and strong phone etiquette are required.
- Physical Capability: Candidates should be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling a minimum of 50 pounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations: Load, deliver, and unload clothing items promptly and efficiently.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a cooperative team-oriented environment to achieve our service goals.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize a simple computer system and app to track daily pickups and deliveries.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction, taking pride in your work.
- Attendance and Reporting: Maintain regular attendance, provide documentation for any absences, and promptly report any customer service issues.
- Professional Conduct: Interact with customers, co-workers, and superiors respectfully, adhering to all legal prohibitions.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Claims Reporting: Timely and appropriately report any claims related to your deliveries.
- Communication: Notify the HR department of any work-related situations or justifiable reasons preventing you from reporting to work.
- Reliability: Possess reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
