As a senior leader, you’ll manage on-site teams, oversee project lifecycles, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders—all while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Project Coordination

• Serve as the primary on-site leader, managing restoration projects from pack-out to final delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are prepared and in working order before projects commence.

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Lead, motivate, and manage teams, including technicians, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining high performance and morale.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards consistently across all project phases.

Customer Service Excellence

• Build empathetic, trust-driven relationships with customers, addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
• Keep clients informed of project progress, potential changes, and next steps.
• Act as a calming and solution-oriented presence during high-stress situations.

Resource and Process Management

• Coordinate the use of tools, materials, and resources efficiently to prevent delays.
• Follow established company procedures, ensuring every phase aligns with industry standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence.

Problem Solving and Adaptability

• Identify and resolve issues proactively, even in challenging environments such as water- or fire-damaged properties.

Digital Tools and Documentation

• Utilize platforms like Dash, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and MICA for project management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of work logs, updates, and compliance checklists.
• Ensure timely data entry for invoicing, customer records, and insurance claims.

Training and Professional Development

• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in restoration practices.
• Pursue certifications in fire, water, and mold remediation as necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Weekly pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
