Key Responsibilities On-Site Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site leader, managing restoration projects from pack-out to final delivery.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are prepared and in working order before projects commence.
Team Leadership and Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams, including technicians, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining high performance and morale.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards consistently across all project phases.
Customer Service Excellence
- Build empathetic, trust-driven relationships with customers, addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
- Keep clients informed of project progress, potential changes, and next steps.
- Act as a calming and solution-oriented presence during high-stress situations.
Resource and Process Management

Training and Professional Development
- Stay current with industry standards and advancements in restoration practices.
- Pursue certifications in fire, water, and mold remediation as necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.
