Assistant Community Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Community Manager to join our team at King's Crossing Apartments. The Assistant Community Manager will assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist with rent collection and financial reporting
- Help plan and execute resident events and community outreach programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Previous experience in property management is preferred
