Community Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community at Cyrus Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing activities, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance the community living experience
• Monitor and manage the property budget to ensure financial goals are met
• Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software
