We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community at Cyrus Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all leasing activities, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance the community living experience
