Maintenance Tech I

Job Description:

The Maintenance Tech I will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. This includes but is not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The Maintenance Tech I will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, as well as ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
