Maintenance Technician

Location: Casa Verde, 8501 Casa Verde Road, Laredo, TX, 78041

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, grounds maintenance, and attention to detail. The candidate must be flexible and able to work weekends, as well as be on call. The ability to multitask is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures
• Install and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and fixtures
• Repair and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
• Maintain grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and grounds maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call availability
• Multitasking capabilities
