Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Full Time
Location: New River Valley, VA (In-Office Position)
Pay: Starting at a minimum of $15/hour or more, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Associate’s degree or above required.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
