Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Verification (Preferred)

Essential Functions:
- Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
- Immediately greet patient with courtesy and respect upon arrival at the office.
- Provide timely assistance at the Kiosk while gathering patient registration information in an accurate, professional, and courteous manner.
- Prepare in advance the office encounters by checking for managed care referral information, BWC allowed diagnosis, and verification of eligibility and benefits via Clearwave (as indicated).
- Collect all co-payments and other balances due at time of registration.
- Account for new and in progress visits on a daily basis.
- Accurately enter/post daily charges, receipts and adjustments; prepare deposit slips and batch header forms; maintain cash box.
