What You'll Do as a Palletizer :
- Load our delicious ice cream product from conveyors onto pallets with precision and care
- Ensure products are stacked safely and securely according to a specified stacking pattern
- Mark or put identifying labels on product loads
- Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of process and report irregularities
- Follow good manufacturing practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our safety standards.
- Maintain communication with other departments and raise concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, identify opportunities to improve processes
- Follow all required work safe practices including proper PPE for cold temperatures
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned
