We are seeking experienced high- end custom cabinetmaker/woodworkers looking to take the next step into their future. Qualified candidates must have experience with high-end custom millwork and have an innate passion for their work product. They must be able to read multi-level drawings, demonstrate excellency and enjoy training, coaching and mentoring their respective team members in a creative environment.
Apprentices with at least 2 years of experience (looking to promote themselves to the next level) are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide Installation and Engineering Feedback to Design Team on Custom Drawings
- Training and Educating Incoming millworkers and apprentices.
- Managing Labor Job Costs to Ensure Margins are Held
- Perform quality checks on your work to ensure proper manufacturing practices are used.
- Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the build is completed and accurate.
- Manage production related issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Pay commensurate with experience.
