Responsibilities
- Ensure Mayfield standards are being held
- Manage labor and installation job budget costs to ensure margins are held
- Manage installation related issues and provide solutions
- Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
Prior 5 years experience directly installing cabinets is required
