We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to assist in growing our high end Residential portfolio. This position requires extensive knowledge of wood product manufacturing, kitchen and bath design and specialized industry standards set by the NKBA, AWI and CKCA.
Eligibility Requirements:
The candidate must possess strong leadership and management skills necessary to profitably complete phases within a given budget, within a given schedule while meeting our stringent quality standards. They must work with other team members to ensure our operation continues to meet the growing scheduling requirements. Degree in a Design/Manufacturing discipline preferred but not required. Must have seven (7) years related experience working in high end residential wood, millwork or furniture manufacturing. We are not seeking candidates with a commercial or fixture background. Knowledge of manufacturing/mechanical processes and equipment. Must be proficient in AutoCad and/or Mozaik software. Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Project, Powerpoint) and Smartsheet with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly. Excellent mechanical/technical and design skills. Ability to "roll up your sleeves" to develop, document, and implement processes and procedures for Wood Manufacturing processes.
