Job Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA is an integral part of our care team, providing essential support to our residents in a variety of ways. From assisting with daily living activities to providing emotional support and companionship, this role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
