Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA is responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
