Mayker is looking for a sharp, strategic Client Coordinator to help us deliver thoughtful, high-level service across our client base. Coordinators play a key role in shaping the client experience—balancing warm, responsive communication with precise behind-the-scenes coordination. This is a detail-heavy role with real responsibility and real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Become a Mayker expert with a fluent knowledge and appreciation for our services and products
- Field inbound inquiries from new and existing clients, creating a meaningful and timely start to the client journey
- Provide clear, strategic guidance on services and products based on each client’s goals and preferences
- Create estimates and close orders for clients across all Mayker verticals (events and interiors)
- Manage multiple client accounts and timelines at once—staying on top of every detail, deadline, and follow-up
- Provide airtight backend support to ensure projects are buttoned up and ready for seamless execution
- Support the Client Director with business development research, client prep, and special projects

What to Know
- This is an hourly position with a starting rate of $20–25 per hour. Raises are performance-based, with strong potential for growth—especially for someone who can help drive new business and close deals.
- While much of the work can be done remotely, 10–20% of the role requires in-person presence for team meetings, client-facing projects, and occasional business networking, so being local to Nashville is key.
- We are looking for a candidate who can work 20-40 hours per week.
