Mayker is looking for a dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated team member to join us as a Product Lifecycle & Inventory Support Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an operational setting, enjoys both the strategic and detailed aspects of product management, and has a passion for supporting a dynamic team.
You’ll oversee the lifecycle of our product inventory, including managing used furniture sales, assisting the Inventory Coordinator with assessing when items need to be retired, and supporting the organization of small goods in the warehouse. Success in this role requires a love for organization, a knack for logistics, and an enthusiasm for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This hourly role is based at our warehouse in La Vergne, TN, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Inventory Coordinator by monitoring the product lifecycle and identifying when items should transition out of active inventory.
- Lead used furniture sales efforts, including capturing product photos and videos, managing online listings, and coordinating client-facing sales interactions.
- Provide organizational support for small goods in the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is systematically arranged and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the Furniture Technician and outside contractors to ensure used furniture is cleaned, touched up, or refinished as needed prior to sale.
- Maintain accurate records of product inventory, status changes, and sales activity.
- Communicate with design and inventory teams to stay aligned on product priorities and upcoming needs.

- This is an hourly position with a starting rate of $16–$18 per hour.
