Job Description: We are currently looking for a Class A or B Dump Truck Driver to operate dump trucks and transport materials to and from construction sites, quarries, and other locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL transport vehicles to transport materials, such as dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris, to and from designated locations.
• Load and unload materials using dump truck mechanisms and equipment, always following established safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of dump trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Secure loads using appropriate tie-downs, chains, and other equipment to prevent shifting or spillage during transport.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills when interacting with customers and representing the company.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record.
• Valid and up-to-date Medical Certification in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Preference of 2-5 years of experience as a Class A or B Driver.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations governing commercial driving practices.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles.
• Excellent driving skills and ability to maneuver dump trucks in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift to 50lbs throughout shift as needed, must be able to bend, lift, turn, twist and stoop.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• This position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Candidates must be willing to undergo testing as required.
