Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: The Onsite Resident Success Ambassador will oversee the operations of Maymont Homes' scattered-site build-to-rent(BTR) community called Emery Place in Gainesville, GA. This role is responsible for managing tenant relations, addressing ledger inquiries, assisting with maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with property laws. The individual must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to property management.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing the daily screening of tenant applications, serving as the primary point of contact for future residents regarding move-in dates and logistics, ensuring a seamless move-in experience, renewals, notice to vacates and move out inquires. This includes verifying that all necessary paperwork and lease agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. The role also involves reviewing all leasing documents for accuracy before updating information into the company's systems.

Skills & Competencies
- 2 years multi-family and/or single family rental home experience
- Prior administrative experience required.
- High School degree, Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Demonstrate fundamental understanding of basic math skills. Basic math proficiency includes the ability to perform arithmetic operations, work with numbers, and make accurate calculations as required in the day-to-day responsibilities of the role
- SC Property Management License recommended
- Knowledge of fair housing and local real estate laws, preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi- task
- Ability to prove critical thinking, problem solving concepts and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment, where applicable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience working in a work schedule environment, including in-office operation, weekends and holidays, based on business need.
- Reliable transportation to meet scheduled work environment
- Ensure all leasing paperwork is complete & correct before uploading into the system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all paperwork processed.
- Ensure guest cards and accounts accurately reflect information as documented.
- Follow up with applicants and prospects regarding move in/incomplete documents.
- Track paperwork and policy errors for continued analytics.
- Resident satisfaction of move-in experience
- Collect documentation and research and make familiar with leasing paperwork process.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
- Gain a solid understanding of BTR communities and markets we operate in.
- Spot-check personal completed work for accuracy.
- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.
- Handle resident transfers both voluntary and involuntary (due to maintenance issues).
- Handle renewal inquires and concerns.
- Handles notice to vacates and move out notifications to corresponding departments.
- Key Metrics & Responsibilities
- Follow up with all leads by phone call within 24 hours
- 100% completion of move in file
- 48 hours between Reservation Binder signed to Lease sent.
- >7 5 Star move in surveys per quarter
- Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
- Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
- Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs, if necessary, to include attic and crawlspace access.
- Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
- Must be able to work in small and confined spaces for extended periods of time.
- Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
- Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.
