This role involves ensuring the quality of work performed, correctly completing paperwork, and setting up and using pneumatic tooling. Technicians will also have opportunities to cross-train in other areas of production, expanding their skillset and contributing to the team’s overall success. Candidates must have the ability to read blueprints, scales, and calipers to ensure accurate assembly and measurement. A basic knowledge of part assembly is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment. Knowledge and Qualifications Required
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions as necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
