HR Assistant – Full-Time
Pay: $35,000 – $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with talent acquisition, benefits administration, and process improvement while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support HR initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture and align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and ensure professional internal and external communication.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative office activities and daily operations.
- Oversee office maintenance, equipment, and supply procurement within budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Assist with recruiting, retention, scheduling, and termination processes in coordination with senior management.
- Serve as the point of contact for managers and supervisors regarding administrative and HR-related issues.
- Support company policies and regulatory procedures, including safety and quality compliance.
- Maintain and update employee training records and participate in performance evaluations.
- Assist in refining training programs and activity profiles to align with company objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a process- and quality-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills—courteous, professional, and helpful.
- Reliable and able to work with accuracy and attentiveness.
- Ability to file documents alpha-numerically and operate standard office equipment.
- Willingness to perform routine and detailed administrative tasks.
