Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and patient check-ins.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records through efficient data entry and clerical tasks.
- Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication with patients and staff.
- Assist in billing processes and insurance verification as needed.
- Support the dental team by coordinating communication between patients and providers.

Qualifications
