Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Mayo Garden Centers is a locally owned garden center that specializes in all garden items, power equipment, and patio furniture. Mayo Garden Centers is looking for a well rounded applicant that can be both a delivery driver and warehouse assistant. Applicant must have an F endorsement on their valid driver’s license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer. Applicant must be computer literate and willing to learn our inventory program. The majority of our merchandise comes into the Bearden location and then we send it to the our 2nd location. In addition we deliver merchandise to customer homes which applicant will assist in. Applicant will be required to maintain accurate inventory records. Additionally, applicant must be organized and help maintain a clean organized warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Computer literate and willing to learn Mayo’s inventory software

• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs

• Must be able to assemble furniture, grills and other inventory items

• Must be friendly and courteous to the customers

• High school diploma or more is required

Salary is dependent upon experience.

• Very few Sundays are required (Mayo's is closed on Sundays except for April, May and December) and no evenings.
