We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team of healthcare professionals at Mayo Rehabilitation & Continuing Care.
About the Role
This is a full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) position available on evening shifts, with the option for 12-hour shifts. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality direct care to our frail and elderly residents in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.
Direct care includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and grooming. Our residents require assistance with their daily needs, and we rely on our staff to provide empathetic and professional care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School diploma or equivalent and valid Vermont LNA licensure.
