Mays, Byrd & OGuinn, PLLC., a small but growing, Little Rock, AR-based law firm is looking to hire an experienced Intake Specialist with a desire to help those in need and with a desire to build their current skillset. MBO Law group services clients primarily in the area of personal injury, but also other areas including family law, civil litigation, and probate law. It is their mission to provide a professional and immersible customer service experience to ALL their clients. This position is crucial as it is the first contact clients have with the firm, and this position must have someone who can ensure that our operational excellence is shown in the first interaction with a client. The right candidate will possess a strong customer service background and the ability to analyze accidents, injuries, and potential client calls to determine if we can be of any assistance. This position will handle a large volume of incoming client calls and be responsible for following up with each potential client. The Intake Specialist at Mays, Byrd & OGuinn will complement the team by enhancing the client experience to increase conversion rates and build trust and confidence with every caller.

They help their family law clients navigate the divorce process by protecting the things most important to them : the well-being of their minor children and their personal assets, and they provide their probate clients peace of mind after the death of a loved one by navigating them through the probate legal process.
Responsibilities
- Fielding inbound phone calls from potential new clients triaged directly from the Receptionist and / or Answering Service
- Running conflict checks on potential new clients to ensure our Firm is not conflicted out of potential representation
- Understanding the intake process to qualify leads from all our marketing tools
- Monitoring follow-up email drip and text message campaigns
- Maintaining the Firms CRM and lead tracking spreadsheet to ensure accurate metrics analyzed by the Firms marketing team to track various marketing and advertising campaigns
- Communicating with members of the law firm to update them on the details of potential new client matters
- Working with the owner(s) to review sales and marketing data
- Preparing Engagement / Retainer Agreements and Welcome Packets for new clients and following up with new clients on the execution of said documents
- Booking strategy sessions for potential new clients with an attorney and non-attorney members of our team
- Conducting follow-up calls with potential new clients who did not engage the Firm
