Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and adjust social media strategy.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with the MPS brand such as posts, videos, graphics, and stories to drive user engagement and interaction.
- Collaborate with all MPS providers to develop content.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media content creation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Content Management:
- Assist in the creation of engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, social media graphics, email newsletters, print materials and more. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to create digital and print materials.
Event planning and coordination:
- Assist with planning and organizing internal and external marketing events.
Website Maintenance:
- Regularly update MPS websites to ensure all content is up to date with the latest services and products and maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- This role is designed for candidates with professional experience and is not considered an entry-level role.
- 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed to capture event content.
- Experience or passion for the aesthetic industry is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
