Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing environment. Duties
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good conduct.
- Engage children in various activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in daycare or early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in infant care, toddler care, and behavior management.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with students in an in home daycare setting is highly desirable.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for caregiving and teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
